Spun or Creamed Honey is made by allowing our raw unfiltered honey to crystalize . The size of the crystals are controlled by a "starter" crystalized honey comprised of very small "smooth" crystals. Saigon Vietnamese ground cinnamon and a bit of crushed red pepper are added to make the creamiest, yummiest spun honey tinged with some subtle heat . $3/jar will be donated to the Holly Springs Food Cupboard.
